What Makes CME Unique?
The Center for Missional Entrepreneurship is a pioneer in providing agency services that advance the lifework objectives of high-impact business, idea and ministry entrepreneurs. In pursuing this mission, the CME services model has been developed around the central goal of assisting high-impact entrepreneurs and organizations in their effort to maximize their impact in their given spheres of influence.
“…maximizing impact in spheres of influence, leveraging the gifting of Entrepreneurs of Life.”
The CME accomplishes this by helping clients understand and hone their value-creating processes, and by assisting them in the development of the necessary tools, teams, infrastructures and resources required for them to work best.
There is both a planning and an agency aspect of our client work. This active participation (i.e., the agency role) for the client is part of what differentiates us from the legion of “coaches” that market themselves to business and social and ministry entrepreneurs. We do not stay on the sideline, as coaches do. We get in the game and become partners by investing in and with our clients in all kinds of dynamic ways.
Recent engagements have involved the development of business and development plans; the creation of strategic memos; case studies and agreements; idea architecture; organizational and process design; media and publishing strategy and implementation; executive coaching; presentation development; proof of concept design; advisement on legal documentation; etc.
